The City of Pula Published a Public Call for Energy Efficiency Subsidies on July 7, 2025

On July 7, 2025, the City of Pula announced a public call for co-financing energy efficiency measures, intended exclusively for individuals with permanent residence in the city. Applications are open until funds are exhausted, and subsidies are granted only for already purchased equipment and services, with attached invoices and complete documentation.

Which measures are eligible for co-financing?

Purchase of new household appliances of the highest energy classes:

  • Washing machines: A
  • Dishwashers: A, B, C
  • Refrigerators and freezers: A, B, C, D, E
  • Clothes dryers (old labels): A+++
  • Air conditioners (old labels): A+++, A+++/A+++, A+++/A++, A++/A+++

Purchase of heat pumps (heating/cooling and DHW): A+, A++, A+++
Purchase of pellet stoves or boilers: A++, A+++
Development of a main project for a solar power plant for a family house (project must be completed and paid)
Purchase of photovoltaic modules for a home solar power plant, with proof of installation and grid connection

How much is the City co-financing?

  • Household appliances: €100 per appliance
  • Heat pump: up to €3,000, max 30% of the cost
  • Pellet stove/boiler: up to €1,000, max 30%
  • Main project for solar power plant: up to €400, max 30%
  • Photovoltaic modules: up to €1,350, max 35%

Who can apply for support?

  • An adult with Croatian citizenship
  • With permanent residence in the City of Pula
  • Owner or co-owner of the property where the measure was implemented
  • Who submits complete documentation

Conclusion

If you’ve already purchased an energy-efficient appliance, heat pump, pellet stove, developed a main project for a solar power plant, or installed photovoltaic modules in 2025, you are entitled to partial reimbursement through this public call. Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis until the budget is spent.
